阜阳生态园 [原创 2007-05-15 21:10:49] 
阜阳97年来过，但是没有在阜阳玩过，来了办完事就走，因为我对阜阳没什么好感。
这次到阜阳来，和过去不一样，没有工作的牵挂，所以就想走走看看，阜阳的生态园是我们最想看看的地方。
1938年，蒋介石下令决开花园口，本想阻止日本鬼子的侵略步伐，谁知阜阳的西湖就此灭迹。而今阜阳人在沼泽荒滩上建起了供人们游览的乐园。

欧阳修在阜阳任过太守，养老终在阜阳，估计他任上的操守不错。我开玩笑说，欧阳修和王怀忠都是阜阳的太守，可惜啊。
话没讲完，同行阜阳人士说，王怀忠也不错啊，这人敢干事，能干事，阜阳在他的任期上发展很快，现在的大工程大项目都是王怀忠所为。后几任领导却没有干出令人满意的政绩。
我愕然，我也曾听说，王怀忠对老干部的事情看的很重，十分关心爱护老同志。看来一分为二的观点是皆之准确，人是最琢磨不透的东西，何况股票吗？
